Launching the Ideas for Russia Labs Internship: Call for Mentors is Open

The Boris Nemtsov Foundation for Freedom is launching the Ideas for Russia Labs research internship program. The program will be open to students from different countries who are interested in contemporary Russia.

The program will give participants an opportunity to gain practical experience working on projects under the supervision of established scholars studying contemporary Russian politics and society. The goal of the program is to help students integrate into international networks of academic cooperation and enhance their prospects for employment.

Ideas for Russia Labs will be organized around several research projects. Each project will involve a team of two to three students under the guidance of a mentor.

The working languages are English and Russian. 

The call for applications for the role of mentors is already open. Applications can be submitted by nationals of any country, including Russian researchers who have been forced to leave the country. 

The deadline for applications is 1 April 2024.
