Munich Security Conference

The 59th Munich Security Conference opened today and will last three days, until February 19. More than 45 heads of state and government, 83 foreign and defense ministers, human rights activists and journalists will attend. The main topics: the situation in Ukraine and the threats of Russian and Chinese authoritarianism. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke at the opening via video link.

On the second day of the conference, Saturday, representatives of civil society and opposition will speak on behalf of Russia: Zhanna Nemtsova, Irina Shcherbakova, Yulia Navalnaya, Garry Kasparov, Mikhail Khodorkovsky and others.

The performance of Zhanna Nemtsova will take place on February 18 at 22 hours in Germany.
